A workbooklet, perfect for the end of term! It is great for Year 13, or for end of Year 12. It covers insanity, diminished responsibility, causation and gross negligence manslaughter through cases on the news (Calocane, Monika Lewandowska, Wimbledon School Crash and Constance Marten). In addition, there are tasks linked to law and morality which could be skipped over if not needed.
